How to Apply Railway RRB Technician Vacancy 2024 Online Application Form:
- Eligible candidates should apply online through any one of Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) from February 2024, and only one online application has to be submitted.
- The Candidates must first ‘Create an Account’ for RRB Technician 2024 through the link given on the Official RRB Website.
- The Candidates must have an active personal mobile number and a valid email ID for receiving OTPs for Account Verification and Creation. After creating an account, candidates should log in to apply for RRB Technicians 2024 through any one of the RRB portals.
- The Candidates should upload scanned copy of Colour Passport Photograph, Signature and other required documents / certificates.
- The closing date for the submission of the online application is March – April 2024.

Age Limit: The Railway Technician Posts Age Limit are
- Minimum 18 years
- Maximum 30 years
- The relaxation in upper age limit / maximum upper age is 03 years for OBC-NCL, 05 years for SC/ST, Plus 10 years for PwBD and others as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualification:
(1) Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in relevant trade. (OR)

RRB Technician Selection Process 2024:

First Stage CBT: The Test No of Questions is 75 and Duration is One Hour. The Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories : UR -40%, OBC-30%, SC-30%, ST -25%. These percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2% for PWD candidates in case of shortage of PWD candidates against vacancies reserved for them.
Second Stage CBT: Short listing of Candidates for the Second Stage CBT exam shall be based on the normalized marks obtained by them in the First Stage CBT Exam. The Second Stage CBT shall have two parts viz Part A (Duration: 90 Minutes, 100 Questions) and Part B (Duration: 60 Minutes, 75 Questions).
